After over a 10hr drive to stop to get fuel to carry on another 6 hours I was very disappointed to have been spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. The man behind the window was extremely rude and abrupt with myself when I went to pay for fuel and ask if it was possible to get a Costa coffee. He literally moaned to me NO, without any reason. His demeanour and attitude was disgusting and highly unprofessional for someone who works in customer service.. I had a very long tiring drive in which I could of been rude myself but I wasn't. When I asked if the recipt had his ID present on it he told me not to bother to complain because the company doesn't listen about people's problems with coffee's ? I then went on to make him aware that I wasn't complaining about that. There's plenty places I can go on my way to get coffee's. I informed him it was because of his customer service skills and the way he spoke down to me. The way he abruptly moaned at me. Now if he is having a bad day he does not take that out on the customer!! Also disrespectful comments about the company he works for... the man went by the name of Oscar. Extremely bad experience only gave it 1 star because I wouldn't let me do 0

Good services with Greggs, too. The shop is excellent for a quick stop. The car wash is very good, along with easy and convenient electric car charging.
