went to get my esim card replaced and was served by Sham - who has zero knowledge about their own business which is jaw-breaking. His attitude is quite impolite and he keeps saying they are doing "stock counting" so can't get my sim card replaced - can't see the link between the two, also the store closes in more than an hour.In the end he concluded that it is my fault not calling them in advance to make a reservation - while i was advised to walk in to a store by the EE app, and he expects people to know their internal rules as common sense. He also spelled his name out loud and said "i'm free to report to customer compliant".i called EE right after, and was served by a lovely customer service on the phone. Got my problem solved in 5 minutes.

Not a happy customer went into the store with a intermittent fault on my phone but mostly working, walked out with no phone working saying if the new Sim Card does not fully activate within 24 hours call Technical well how do I do this without any phone working with the reply of we have done all we can, fortunately a shop not far away EE got my phone working and still working very well now
