Initial visit the sales guy wasn't super helpful however when me and my husband went back the next day to complete sale the guy we spoke with Vic was absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and had loads of knowledge on the sofa and the extras really happy with our purchase and Vic definitely was a great help for us to make the decision

I am extremely disappointed with the service receieved by our sales rep at Longwell Green. In store we were told we would have a 'dedicated sales rep' who would be available to answer any questions. Since placing the order, we have questions and low and behold our 'dedicated' person is not available, and has provided no means of getting in touch with her.We tried contacting central DFS customer services who were unable to help. They said they would pass our queries on to DFS Longwell Green who would be in touch within 72 hours. They have not. I am extremely disappointed. Next time I will be sure to order online and make sure you don't get any comission.Lynda, please could you kindly get in touch with us about order B1ZG45088.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Was attended to by Charlotte on our first visit about a month ago, then by Ray today. Wide range of great quality sofas and sofa beds at reasonable prices and with finance available at 0% it made the choice so much easier.

Made 2 orders from this storeBoth with Victor as the only available staff member at the time.He ordered things in the wrong colour both times.Managed to clock it on the order details for the sofa suit in July 2022, so no harm done, made a second order in Dec 2022 to add to the suite and they delivered it in the wrong colour, when I tried to fix it through customer services he left multiple voicemails to suggest it was my error on choosing incorrect colours even though they typed it in wrong, and took 3-4 months to correct so I had a brown sofa item sat in my house for 3 months instead of the cream/beige suite we?d ordered that couldn?t be used to avoid marking it as ?used?. Not ok.

Please avoid DFS. You're better off with a sofa from Marketplace. Almost a year in, we regret buying from here. The quality is sub par for what you pay. Just don't do it!

I originally went into the Cribbs Causeway store and was ignored to the point where I was sat on a sofa trying to order it online! I failed to navigate the website so went to the Longwell green store. The service was amazing. I returned late at night to view again and was not in any way felt rushed even though the store was about to close. The staff were extremely welcoming and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. My sofa was delivered around 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The service from the delivery guys was also excellent and consistent with the feeling of ease I experienced in the store. There is nothing throughout the whole process which could have been better. I have and will continue to recommend this store. The whole process was 100% faultless.

This store has terrible customer service. We were greeted by a pleasant young man at the door but completely ignored by the rest of the staff. They will walk away as you approach them and go into this glass office in the middle of the shop floor. You can clearly see them on their phones and avoiding eye contact so that they won?t have to come out and serve you. Clearly, they need a training refresher.

Waited 12 weeks for furniture to be made and delivered, got the furniture today and it's damaged, now have to wait until the 17th June for a engineer to come out and access the damage, absolutely shocking upset and feeling sick to my stomach.
