Mark the pharmacist is excellent, Mark gave me my flu jab today! Painless, no appointment needed.Mark is very kind and caring, nothing too much trouble.I collect my meds weekly, with no problems.I would highly recommend them

By far the best pharmacy I have dealt with. I have been using this pharmacy regularly over the last 6 months. Most recent example was when I was isolating but needed an urgent prescription for my daughter, they went above and beyond to get it out to me same day. The delivery man is amazing, working throughout the pandemic delivering prescriptions. They answer the phone even when they are busy, and are always helpful. Compared to my previous experiences using the Lloyds at Bradgate (absymal!) the service and staff at this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air.

Disappointed this time with my prescription. Ordered it 2 weeks ago it arrived with some missing called back and was told to call doctors. Who at this time are not there. I left a message with surgery and pharmacy. Nothing. Called back 2nd week promised but nothing happened eventually got hold of reception who I hope has sorted it out. Waiting to see.

Being laughed at in my face by a person that I hoped will help me in a room full of people when I tried to buy my medication was a pretty humiliating experience. Needles to say, I don't recommend this pharmacy. You'd be better off ordering on ebay.

I can't fault this pharmacy....being ill/ in need of help/or collecting medicines for neighbours etc. becomes a joy!!! Excellent service from a small but well run premises. Special thanks to Mark but also Karen and to all staff there.

Excellent customer service, staff are very welcoming, polite, and take time to listen. I won't go any where else! I do recommend. The Pharamcy is very small, needs expansion.
