Nobody ever answers the phone. Perhaps they have no phone. If you need to contact them be prepared for a long wait, usually at least 2 to 3 days, if you're lucky

My father has been trying to get through on the phone for days to chase up a prescriptionthat shoukd have been delivered 3 weeks ago. He waits to get down to caller no. 1 in the queue but then gets cuts off time and time again.

Never got prescriptions in shock when returned don?t return on system so can?t get anywhere else. call to get them to rectify and never a answer spent a whole day calling no answer stuff are not interested in customer care.over all nightmare!this is not first second fourth or fifth time and website says open till 6 when go up is closed and note on door saying closed 1-2 in everyone lunch hour when most are able to pop in not convenient walking all the way there to find a sign on door when website states open these place is rediculous and wait times rediculous and fact they have no privacy skills asking me what the prescription is for for everyone to hear. I wasn?t bothered as in ear infection but had it been something personal wouldn?t of appreciated that.

They appear to prioritise people turning up at the counter rather than clearing the backlog.If you turn up after receiving a text saying that your prescription is ready it still takes 10+ minutes!Perhaps priority should be given for those who have received a notification that their prescription is ready.

Have been promised home delivery on several occasions, and you have to chase it constantly - they don't appear to have the staff to cope with demand - now their phones are not working, and haven't been since last week to my knowledge - DREADFUL SERVICE - although there are a few really nice helpful staff who genuinely care - thank you to those.

Shocking service had to visit three times. Very annoyed for long wait each time and it appeared that there were six staff (four seemed to be chatting and Laughing !). Only 1 serving and a shopful of people waiting. Will not use them again !

Terrible service! Never answer the phone! never order your tablets! Make you wait 40 minutes to be served to then be told they don't have them and to go back Monday. Go back Monday still no tablets!!!!! The most ridiculous pharmacy I have ever known!!!

Extremely poor service after second visit as no stock and waiting for an hour to be told still one item not in stock 20 minutes first time in waiting, 1 hour today and STILL have to go back!!!
