Came here to get a new microwave. Had an extensive range to choose from and it's nice to see everything in 'real life' (I've ordered things online that haven't turned out as expected). Staff were helpful and friendly when we bought our washing machine from here. Would recommend.

I do like Currys and this one is huge with a great variety of consumer electronics products. Well worth a visit. The only issue I have ever had is that Currys staff seem to come across as heavily targeted as they are desperate to engage with people. Even after being told multiple times that I was fine and didn't need help, I was approached again and again. Most stores I have found to be similar. In the end I left just to get a rest.

WARNING.Purchased a high end tv in store. Booked delivery date in store, and had it printed out. On the scheduled delivery date, an am delivery, no text message or phone call. Tried to track the delivery online, but stated date too be arranged!Tried Currys webchat, they said can only help if bought online!You can't contact any Currys stores by telephone. The so called Customer Services refuse to give out any store telephone numbers.Currys has no UK based Customer Service, so you have to deal with whichever country they use to save money. They have trouble understanding me,and have trouble understanding them. There is now no incentive to purchase in store, as you get less help than if you order online. I eventually found out, that someone in Customer Service cancelled my delivery. If you visit a Currys store, you need to either buy online, or see who sells the product cheaper. Its ridiculous that you can't speak to the store and ask a question where you have made a purchase from. The only way is to travel there, no matter how far you live away!Wasted a whole day, then had to travel a considerable distance to get a refund, as Customer Service had no record of a delivery date, and could offer no explanation. Then have to wait 5 days for the refund to go back on my card.A complete waste of time from start to finish.Have placed a new order with Richer Sounds, who have a UK based Customer Service, that are professional and knowledgable., not the clueless ones they have in these foreign call centres.By the amount of 1 star negative reviews they have, I wouldn't be surprised to see all their stores close down, and they go just online, or they go out of buisness all together.NEVER AGAIN

Popped in to purchase a new mobile and contract. Excellent service, in spite of being seemingly understaffed. Managed to serve several people at once without any of us feeling undervalued

Was served by Brandit today when purchasing laptop and many more items with my cousin, top man he was so helpful, very down to earth! brilliant help whatsoever knew the store off the back of his head, real gentlemen very thankful and grateful to be served by him. his customer service was above any managerial levels, I wish to be served by him more in the future :-)

Bought a GoPro here, was served by Dan! Dan was amazing, superb member of staff. We had a laugh together whilst he was serving me, and he was really patient too since there were some issues with the credit system?I?m really chuffed with the service, really happy to have Dan help me with the transaction. Legend! Five stars, big commendations to Dan!

Oliver helped my Father and I navigate our way through the complexities of choosing a new laptop for my Father. Oliver was so patient and courteous with us, confirming our full understanding of everything we needed to know prior to our final decision to purchase. We felt extremely comfortable and at no point did we feel any level of pressure to purchase. Highly recommended.

First visit since the remodel, with additional 2nd floor, looks amazing. Impressive entrance with eye-catching laminate flooring. Plenty of free parking. Great service from Curry's staff member in vacuum cleaner section, followed up by an informative Shark rep. Ended up buying one. 100% delighted with my visit, and the product I bought.

Repair and care team assistant 33 JOSHUA not helpful l and talk to us very carelessly. He doesn?t care at all. As a customer when we ask product details he was very aggressively and very loudly give the answer.As we know Currys As a reputed company ,and as a customer I hope respectful customer services not such a 3rd class level service.Please advise him to respect to the customers.If i ask any detail about some product he said go and talk to another staff.If he don't like to give answer to customer why he is staying at Currys as a assistant?I said him to I want to talk to manager he said Manager also will give same answer.I kindly request to the this matter take me top level management and please look this seriously. Any time you can contact me with replying this with your email address. I will give more details about him and his behaviour more and more.Unfortunately I had to deal with him my final bill I?m not sure and I can?t trust what he done.Please contact me ASAP.thanks

Bought a vacuum cleaner, got it home and tried it, it was useless so we packed it back up and took it back to the store for a refund only to be told we couldn't return it as the box had been opened!! Absolutely ridiculous policy - how are we supposed to try something without opening the box?? We were told by the 'manager' (quotation marks intentional) that we should have tested one in store..we tried but they didn't have any set up with batteries for us to use so we bought it anyway as it was a good make. What a mistake that was. We will never shop at Curry's again and would strongly advise you to not do so either!!

Jakob is the gaming expert and I was fortunate enough to have asked him to assist me with my purchase of a Sony PS5 bundle.Jakob was so very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in a kind patient manner. I believe that as a customer having such an attentive customer service person like Jakob makes the whole purchase just that bit more enjoyable. I shall return to this store with these high standards

Why are there no specs on your tablets? No basic information. Forces you to either look it up yourself online in the store or ask someone who also just looks it up. When I look it up online I see the same tablet for sale at lower cost being sold by other companies.What other store forces you to look up details of their products online whilst physically looking at the product? Insane. Might as well have stayed at home. Get some QR codes on them or something
