I turned up at this store because I had a problem with my cover plan. I had been passed around several times on the phone apparently nobody could help me. My last resort was to go in store to see if any one there could help. Luckily I spoke to a very nice store assistant/manager (Ross) and he listened and did everything he could to help. Eventually, he was able to sort my problem, I would highly recommend him. Thank you Ross you are an absolute star ?

The staff at the Winterstoke Rd branch of Currys couldn't have been more helpful through the process of returning an almost new defunct toaster and swapping for a new replacement, particularly as I didn't receive the digital receipt for the first one.

Nice place items neatly laid out but the staff could show a bit more willing to help as for myself I found that there are too many security but other than that if they can improve on the things that listed they will be by the best retail store probably in the whole of Bristol area

Zero concept of customer service. I stood at the mobile phone display trying to give off buying signals for at least 10 minutes, watching 4-5 staff of whom only one was actually engaged with a customer. Eventually I intercepted one and asked for advice, only to be told that I needed to speak to "someone on the Carphone side". "Meaning who?", I asked. That'll be Saf, apparently. "But we're very short-staffed today". No Saf appeared, no obvious sign that they were sending him my way. After waiting another couple of minutes watching the tumbleweed I left and went home to buy online, which seems now to be what Carphone wants. Just don't blame me when retail stores close.

I had to wait a while to get served but overall it was a professional service. I had to go back the next day to get a bigger size TV because the one I bought was smaller than I expected and they changed it straight away.

Went to buy a laptop. Told to speak to the guy with the beanie hat who was on the tech support desk. Clearly did not want to be there! Went to buy the laptop and was told to pay an extra £30 for some setup fee. Told him was not interested in paying that which his reply was "well if you are not interested then don't buy it". Not a great way to express customer service!

THE GREAT OBFUSCATER! The store employee Ross (Bristol Ashton Court branch) obfuscated information at every opportunity. I went in to hear the options for fixing my laptop but he withheld all information until I pressed for more. He was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Avoid this store. When I complained to customer service I was ignored and patronised. Awful company and service I do not recommend!

Took out an ID Mobile SIm Only 30 day plan. Reception was poor in my area went into this store and requested a cancellation. Asked the staff member to cancel and specifically asked if there was anything left to pay - he looked me firmly in the face and said no. I asked again - "no" was his answer.Ethnicity is irrelevant but he was Polish and his English was poor. Went to apply for a loan which got declined due to an unpaid £6 bill with ID Mobile. Now it will take months to resolve as these always take time to clear - Small claims court involved.Thanks alot idiots.

Had trouble finding out why my online order for Giftcards was delayed, and when it would arrive, then when I collected it, I found the gift card in their stock in store. Why then the hassle of an online order ?

EditOnly fair to add that when going back 48 hrs later they where amazing and i left with my appliance even though even they hadnt been able to resolve the fact my repair voucher had vanished into thin air currys customer service passed me from one department to the next for 2 days with no answers just passing the buck with no resoultion so althoe the store created the problem on returning they did all they could and its been left with them to work out and i have what i was entitled toAbsolute joke the warehouse staff and manager are beyond incompetent they cancelled my order whilst in store purely because they had had a big delivery and couldnt be bothered to fufill the order its not the first time weve had this at this store either it was also bought with a voucher because the appliance broke and couldnt befixed so a amount in a voucher was generated now that voucher is invalid as its been used useless shop elsewhere unless you enjoy being messed about

Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a washing machine, given time and date it would be delivered my partner questioned the date as it was a bank holiday, the sales assistant assured us it would be delivered on that day. After waiting in all day for it not to arrive, impossible to ring and speak to anyone. We cancelled our purchase. If you are looking for anything electrical go to NE appliances they are brilliant ?

I visited today to buy a new laptop.Pretty much the moment I walked through the door I was asked if I needed any help. I replied that I was just going to have a look at the laptops first. Anyway, I picked one that I wanted and waited, and waited and waited. After about 20 mins I asked the guy on the checkout if he could help, but he said there was no one else around and that I'd have to wait. I waited for 5 mins more before I got fed up and left.The one positive was that the laptop I wanted is on Amazon and is £50 cheaper. Ordered and coming tomorrow.Save yourself the hassle and buy online. The customer service in this store is a joke.
