Don't belive the hype. This place is very expensive. They charge you for a membership then when you get to the till you have to unload you shopping into the conveyer belt and send your trolly down the opposite side so they can make sure your not stealing anything and if that wasn't bad enough when you get to the exit the make you show them your receipt so they can check everything in your trolly has been paid for. This is un necessary and quite frankly rude.

Employee who works in cater service named R? (had EXTREMELY NASTY ATTITUDE). Idk why they hire people with such a loud voice and nasty attitude that should be in fish market working? Well, I told the lady to lower her voice from screaming at me and the canteen old lady reply ?this my voice, it loud - Well, good job Rachel? c:However, the manager was really helpful to sort this out! ?

I had to stop here for fuel as I was on my way home from Cornwall from a nice little break, I was so glad I did as my kids were starving and I know Costco food court always has great food. We went into the food court and I didn't know the self serve ordering was all done on monitors now which was an amazing idea as it stops all the queues right after buying the goods. Not even 2 min later food was done and we collected at the collection point, job done. The only little issue I had with my visit was leaving, when grabbing fuel, it was like a free for all but there wasn't much space/room where you turn in for fuel but that isn't a surprise for most Costco's ? all in all happy day!

Costco is a very pleasent store, when you enter the store you would have to show your costco member card. The Costco membership starts form £22 and it is also an advantage because there is things in bulks so you wouldnt have to worry about going to the shop everyday, it is a bit expensive and there is tax, I think that it is a very good store because it is clean and gives you samples of the products that you want to buy. And it also has so muck stock so they wouldn't run our of resources.

A few changes inside our local Costco. The main one is that the food ordering is now done on self-service screens, and then you go to the collection point in the same place you originally ordered from. Used my digital membership, but note that you must activate this at the customer service point within Costco. Fuel is always a cheaper price than supermarkets.

You need to update you opening times on Google. 10am is ONLY for Trade & Executive Members, 11am is for Individual Members...? Not even allowed in to use the cafe or toilets.A part from that the warehouse has a great selection of items.

#THE WORST COSTCO IN AROUND THE WORLD#The costco in Bristol is the worst in the world. As a loyal costco customer, I would not recommend anyone to come to this store in Bristol unless you like being annoyed by bad-tempered people. They refused to refund the price difference due to the discount, or refund the food that had been opened. Costco's return and refund policy states that they can accept returns of any product indefinitely (if you are not satisfied), of course electronic products need to be returned within 90 days (to be strict), I have been in North America (the United States and Canada) Japan and I have lived in other cities in the UK and have had membership cards for 5-6 years. Costcos in the world except Bristol can implement their own return policies, but not here. The staff seem to have their own understanding and ideas, and cannot issue any relevant regulations. Not sure if you're being discriminated against or treated differently, but it's a pretty bad shopping experience, and if you can't honor your return policy, you'd better not write it out, or label it "Bristol" costco specific return policy".

It seems you can get everything you need here. The staff are helpful and friendly. Obviously everything is in large quantities but fruit and vegetables are fresh and good quality and in my experience stored correctly last well. It was very crowded today but the aisles are wide and customers cooperative. Shelves were being re stocked promptly. I was impressed with the speed I got through the checkout considering the quantity of goods some trolleys contained.

The food court does not cater for allergies and are breaking NATASHAS LAW in the uk !!Being an executive member for many years this Costco now has to be the worst. At the end it?s a tradition to get a bite for eat. They now have a self service where you can not take out mayo tomatoes ect. Which is fair enough but when asking if it can be removed they say no.This is poor as they can not cater for allergies this way. There for they are not allergy friendly!Boycott the food place the rude staff and awkward service will make you want to anyway!I will also not be renewing our membership as I have a 2year old daughter with allergies that has to watch us eat

At Bristol we no longer can get a seat within the cafe area. You have moved the tables, which is an absolute disaster for anyone wanting to sit down to eat food purchased at the cafe. So many people I know that used to eat there after a shop no longer do so. Please bring back the tables so that there is enough seating for everyone to sit down and enjoy their food. Most people want to sit with their friends and family members but due to the way you have arranged the seating plan, it is absolutely useless to try and do that.

Good range of wholesale food, electrical, catering, clothes and sundries.Frustrating hot food section by tills with long queue times even when not busy. Please put "Food" on the on the "Order here" sign so that customers know that they can order hot food at the kiosks rather than waiting for an age in the collection queue before that finding out.

Great place, I got some great deals that saved me money. Premium diesel is £1.43 a litre. If you can join then do so, you will save money. It's always so easy to shop here. Plenty of good things, and their special deals are great.

Some great fresh produce and meats. Just be wary that the prices aren't always as good as they seem, once vat is added for some items. Nice that you can sometimes test some of the items at cooking stations.
