“Going in store I was unsure of the product I needed… suffering from big breakouts of acne for years I have tried medical treatments, all the cerave range and similar highly rated products. Nothing worked I found myself so unhappy with my skin and the way I have looked for a while now. Until I was persuaded to try a 2 week trial of Ultrabland… Beti (I think that’s right) was there to discuss everything from how it feels to what it is made of she even showed me exactly how to use it. So I came away with a small pot and bought a flannel to cleanse with on her advisory. 2 weeks later I can say I this product has honestly changed my life I am so much happier and confident in myself as my spots have cleared up more than ever before! I will continue to use this product for the rest of my life and cant recommend it enough… Beti thank you girl!! <3”

“The Bristol store cabot circus have such an amazing staff, always helpful in every way. Gemma was really lovely and helped me pick out things I needed. In addition I had a hoodie that was faulty and Sam the manager solved everything out, he was so caring and helpful. Definitely going back again 100% customer service!! It makes such a difference when you receive good customer service, I walked out happy and will definitely be returning.”

I went in to buy a new inner tube for my tyre, the gentlemen were super friendly and very helpful- they even gave me a spanner I needed that they didn’t sell for one pound, and when I came back because of a problem, they let me use a couple of there tools so I could fix the bike. So nice of them! They have. A great store, huge selection of bikes and Bromptons- with great accessories!”

“I'm very sorry I didn't catch the name of the lady working here today with the short blonde hair. But she went absolutely above and beyond to help me on my visit. I was looking for swimwear for my upcoming holiday however they had taken all swimwear off display and put out back due to the time of year. However without hesitation she offered to go and get me a few samples and sizes from the back to try on. She came back with so many and even went to get me different sizes and colours whilst I was in the changing rooms!\\nNever have I experienced such amazing customer service. This lady deserves an award!\\nI ended up buying 7 items that I wouldn't have even known existed had it not been for her. She is an absolute credit to the store and the staff and clearly holds excellent customer service high in her priorities! “I love TkMaxx in general, but you can never be sure how good each visit will be. Sometimes you find loads, other times nothing. When you do find something there are definitely bargains to be had. I've been particularly happy with all the gold plated silver jewellery I've bought from there.”

The only reason I am giving it a four is due to the fact that sizing seems to be lacking and whenever I got they never seem to have enough sixes/eights in anything that appeals to me. However lovely little shop with decent size dressing rooms and the staff are always happy to help.”

“I’m giving 5 stars because I want to highlight my review to help other customers as well. I experienced a bad approach from the NEWLOOK Bill counter. I went to exchange a cloth that I had brought two days before, but I didn’t get a physical copy of the receipt instead, and the lady told me she would mail me. But I didn’t get any emails from their side. It was not my mistake, but when I went to exchange, the other lady in the bill counter behaved like I got it for free and made me wait too long. Then the manager came and asked for my bank statement (it's not fair to ask someone for personal details). Later on, they said my email ID was wrong. My advice is to first learn how to treat a customer.❗️BEWARE ❗️ Please don’t opt for email Bill; ask them to print the copy.”

“Some of the staff worked in the old shop on Park Street for many years and moved with the shop to Cabot Circus. Their expertise as sales assistants is admirable. l rarely get in and out quickly and rarely without having bought something! None of them are smarmy or pushy but welcoming, friendly, attentive, quick thinking and very knowledgeable about their stock and the company. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”

“This store is impeccably presented.Bright, spotlessly clean, and well laid out.The staff are super helpful too and can’t do enough for you.The item that I wanted wasn’t in stock so they ordered it for me from the Swindon store which arrived the next day!There is a very wide range of premium items available to browse without being pounced on, however there is always someone on hand to help if needed (a very difficult balance to achieve!)This store is definitely going on my list of go to places for future purchases.”

Lots of lovely products on sale.Large furniture department.Well lit, bright, airy and it feels spacious.The next store is over 2 floors and has an outdoor garden centre during the summer months.The upstairs has lots of bedroom furniture and there is a baby section at the back of the store.There is also a costa coffee instore, upstairs.Store is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful”
