Very helpful. Very friendly and polite. I was seen to straight away and told to wait for a pharmacist to see me. I didn't wait long. He was professional and polite and very helpful. Although I don't know if he made the correct diagnosis. I looked my symptoms up and it's possible I have sinusitis. Although I don't know for sure but he didn't mention it.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I call them on behalf of someone who has hearing impairment and is registered with a Doctors surgery who literally have an hours wait time just to get the phone answered. This pharmacy advise, guide and help, are efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended.

I was so used to putting my repeat prescription in with Boots and then waiting and waiting that I got to the point of doing so at least ten days early. In the past, there have been occasional when Boots could not supply, and because I have complex needs, the surgery sourced what was needed here. As Boots was closing, I changed to this pharmacy and put in my request . Unlike Boots, my prescription was filled within 2 working days, and I was notified. Thank you so much.

Excellent pharmacy - would really recommend. I had recently been having a lot of trouble getting my medication due to a national shortage, however Peter was super helpful in ensuring I got my medication as well as providing advice for the longer term. Really caring staff who go above and beyond. Thank you!

I have struggled to get in to see my GP on many occasions now plus with outright refusal of an appointment.Whilst Peter is fantastic @ seeing me on a couple of occasions plus prescribing some medications that have been a life saver to me.All the staff are so obliging & helpfulA definitely well deserved 5*?sThank you once again ??

This is what local independent businesses should be about. This pharmacy has been a game changer, certainly for a family that has to use a regular repeat prescription service. They genuinly go above and beyond to help, which is such a relief when every other element of our healthcare system is at the point of breaking. Far better than any of the other larger chain/franchises in the area. Thoroughly recommended.

I don?t personally use this pharamacy however my Nan and grandad do. My Nan often tell me about how wonderful Peter and his wife and the women who work there are. If I ever have anything medically wrong she always tells me to go and see Peter. On Christmas Day my grandad and nans husband sadly passed away, and as soon as the pharmacy heard they reassured my Nan, brought her flowers and were there for her. I can never explain the gratitude I have for these people. This community is so lucky to have such wonderful people, especially when our NHS is on the brink. Thank you so so much.

I wouldn?t go anywhere else now, I heard about them through social media and I?m so glad I did. The whole team is amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacist goes above and beyond and is a true gent.
