I absolutely love this shop at willow Brook. I can't wait to visit it every week. Its clean, well laid out, and I nearly always find something or more everytime. The Manageress and other staff are very friendly and welcoming. I like to donate my things there as its a well needed charity. ?

Showed up at 4:48pm wanting to buy something for a project as the place closes at 5pm but the gate was already down. The place also forgets its a charity shop sometimes and overprices it's items like crazy!

Great shop, lots of good items and only the best quality. Toys and book ranges are great.Staff are always super helpful and friendly.

This is an extremely expensive charity shop. £8+ for a ladies tshirt. £15+ for dresses.I can only think it's due to the Willow Brook Centre charging a fortune in rent??Other branches of Children's Hospice seem much more reasonably priced.

Prices are surprisingly high, compared to other local charity shops. The irony is, go to thier Yate branch and it's a far bigger choice, and, nearly all clothes there are £3 - some of the better, high quality, things £5.. wish it was the same in the Bradley Stoke branch, think they would shift so much more, much faster and so make more money. Otherwise, it's a nice shop, clean, friendly staff.

Very expensive for a charity shop. Selling some items double the price of a new item.

Really kind and helpful staff. Accommodated well to my needs and had the perfect rain coat found the day before a festival. Lots of choice! Would highly recommend!
