The 2 women on the No 7 counter need some work on their customer service skills. Both were looking down their noses at me and not being very helpful at all.Won?t be buying anything from them again.On a positive though the women on the Estée Lauder counter was great and very helpful.

My husband had a voucher and he wanted to spoil me today so we decided to spend it at the Dior beauty counter in Boots. I was served by Emma and her customer service was excellent. With her insightful recommendations and Dior's premium products, I feel like a glowing goddess with my new cosmetics. Emma's expertise is as luminous as the Dior brand she represents. To top it all off, Emma wrapped my purchases in a gorgeous box as you can see in the photos. Thanks Emma. I really appreciate all your help.

Me and a friend of mine received concerned looks the whole time we were shopping and we?re followed around the shop by the security guard. Absolutely no idea why, we walked in with no intent whatsoever to steal (which is what everyone clearly thought) just to simply spend sone boots points. Don?t recommend this boots in the slightest if you?re looking for a stress free comfortable visit. Disgusting

Run down and looking sorry for it's self pharmacy needs a urgent injection or personality and why is it closed on a lunch hour when customers are fee from work all pharmacy around this area are not making an effort to engage with customers so why can't Boots be the leaders, having to wait in line is unfortunately part of Boots experience????

The Pharmacy in Boots used to have an excellent reputation in service to customers by sending texts to customers to inform when their meds were ready, they used to answer customer enquiries via phone. Since the new staff, I have noticed it has gone downhill. Trying to contact them by phone no one is answering, or when you do get texts it's ready you find out it's not.
