I cannot beg you enough to not bank with barkleys and if you already do please switch banks.They are complicate in Israeli war crimes, help fund military equipment that goes to killing children and are one of the biggest contributors globally to fossil fuel companies funding.

Barclays bank have no idea what they are doing! I have been asking for a very simple letter to be posted or uploaded to my online banking system for two years now. I have spent countless hours on the phone and on their online app and in store, asking for a letter to confirm that a company hadn?t paid me (which they confirmed by phone/in person multiple times each time as if they had no idea of previous conversations). After each conversation where they promised to send me that in writing they have: straight up not sent me a letter (at least 6 times), sent a blank letter (asides from my address and name!), and sent a letter full of symbols and nothing else? and in two years full of promises not once have they managed to send me a letter with the requested information? which makes me wonder if they are up to looking after money at all? Today after another failure I have left the company.

Banks usually get a hard time with only unsatisfied customers leaving reviews but thought I'd drop some nice words.Booked an appointment through a phone call to open and account and had trouble verifying my documents. Was attended by Gareth who's a super friendly bloke and explained everything so clearly. Really happy with his customer service even though it's just for a simple service.
