“This post office is my favourite in Bristol. Staff are kind and always go the extra mile, giving good advice on the best ways of sending items and happy to help even as regards cashback and other services. They were lifesavers during the pandemic. Efficient but with real warmth! Special shout-out to 'Janak'- she makes my day!”

“Okay if you need to buy a few items, but unfortunately it's really expensive! The store now sells Safeway products and the quality of the ready meals, fresh produce and the new Safeway branded products has improved markedly. It's still a bit pricey though!”

“I've been with Nationwide since 2002. My Dad taught me that mortgages belong with building societies, he was right. However, mortgage paid off, they're still wonderful to bank with. Westbury-on-Trym Nationwide is always excellent and today Jenny was great, and reassuring. Always pleasant going in there.”

“I have visited this services often due to the fact of the pretty location and quietness, every time I’ve been here the staff are always welcoming and friendly, I usually do my rounds of a sandwich toastie drink from Costa, portion of chips from Burger King. Car park is small but sufficient for the size of the inside. Last visit was a hot day and I was outside with my dog there were two staff outside putting something up outside something a flag and some decoration they were happy laughing and joking with each other, mindful of their social distancing from each other and from us was nice just to watch them being able to be some sort of normal the girl even got a ice water from inside for our very hot dog.”

“This is my favourite post office to use in the whole of Bristol as the staff are extremely kind and helpful and go out of their way to give the best possible customer service they can offer. I have had issues with other post offices who do not always explain why something cannot be posted however at this post office they always explain and help me fix the issues so then I can post it.”
