Many thanks to the Aldi staff and especially the manager Tony our close friend who had a serious fall last week just outside the store. They not only wrapped him up warm but stayed with him over the 2hours it took for the ambulance.The 5* care and kindness shown is much appreciated by friends and family ... Many thanks. He is home now recovering. ?

Good value for money, but customer service is atrocious! Sometimes I wonder if the low prices are worth the hassle with the staff who don't have a clue about how to speak to customers.

busy usually quieter after 3 on a Sunday of the stock a little bit thin no problem? yes regrettably it has bringing in the stupid self served tils and then been repeatedly asked to use them you are the going to lose the customer

What can I say It's a supermarket, prices are good, and I really appreciate that Aldi are selling us British goods where possible. Maybe other supermarkets should take note.
