An "okay" place to shop. Although the collection isn't that great, it's priced better than other big retailers. This one in particular is quite clumsy and could do a rearrangement. Also, the staff seem to be a little off when they interact, better customer friendly faces would be appreciated

After a big shopping trip, I went to use the self-scanning checkout at Aldi. To my surprise, there were no bags available for customers to use. Instead, the bags were only carried by staff members. When I asked for a bag, they refused to give it to me until, they had scanned the bag. I found this policy to be unnecessary and inconvenient. It's a shame that Aldi doesn't trust its customers, even for something as small as a 30p bag.

I've had the same negative experience every time I've used this site. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive when engaged. And portray the idea they don't wish to be helpful at all. It's a shame because I recently moved to the area and would normally shop regularly at my local Aldi. I guess I'm going to have travel a bit further to do my shopping. Not only does it feel unwelcoming but a tually hostile. Bummer!

Great deals and good food. Shame about the drunk people sprawled outside the entrance, with an almost entitled look that you will give them something and if you don't you are made to feel bad. Stops me and others from going in and spending money.
