I was billed according to a day-based system, which contrasts with the 24-hour policy followed by other companies. In practical terms, this signifies that if you rent equipment today and return it on the fourth day from the rental date, you'll incur charges for five days, regardless of whether you bring it back before the designated collection time on the fourth day.Secondly, there was a signature policy on your behalf during the collection process. Speedy themselves sign on behalf of customer, well before the collection time. I find this practice unacceptable. As per law, you can not falsify someone's signature.thirdly, I was threatened to charge for false damages if I raise a concern. I waited until sometime is over before raising the concern. Free speech is my freedom.
