Is -5 possible?Sold an extended warranty for our premium corner leather sofa - which I was told by the salesman covers everything structural. Tried to claim in 2 separate occasions with 2 different faults only to be told it?s not covered! Now have a sofa that?s caved in on one of the seats? would never buy from them again.

I would give a 0 if given the option. I ordered in may and they lost my sofa which is unbelievable! Reordered in July because of them losing my sofa and till today not received it!! Absolutely ridiculous disgusting customer service. I would report them to someone to shut them down! They take money take orders when there is no sofa available. I fell disgusted with them. They are scammers and avoid at all costs. My first and last time buying with them. People on the phone are also very unhelpful. They don?t cancel orders either even tho it?s their fault. And threaten you that they willTake money one way or the other!

3 months still not received my sofas asked to wait for another 11 weeks because I forgot to put my order in productionI placed an order on march 2023I was supposed to receive my sofas in 10-11 weeks. But today it's 21st June and I haven't received anything. Calling customer services from the last two weeks, they always said they would call me back to update but never bothered to call back.Today, a guy from customer service informed me when I called that "we didn't put your order live by mistake. we forgot to send it to manufacturers and have to wait for another 11 weeks.When I asked them for a refund, they could not refund them because of the companies policy.They can't change the order after 49 hours from order, which is only 1 hour after their time period of 48 hours, but they can forget to put order in production.This company can't help in eather way, can't cancel , can't change and refund but can delay for 6 months.Not even bother to call back, email, or text to update if the order is delayed.

The delivery drivers were really polite etc however my corner sofa has gaps inbetween and are bent. The installers said it would straighten out after we sat on them etc but this isn?t the case and I cannot get through to anyone at customer service. At this point i am unsure what to do. I paid for the sofa care wipes and even opted for two but haven?t received them.3333834/1

The hunt for a new sofa was underway. My mrs and I decided to look for new bigger and more comfortable sofas, ideally with a microfibre finish.We visited Brent cross sofology and weren?t spoken despite being in there for 30 minutes trying various sofas out and exploring the swatches for each.We visited here and didnt get too gar past the door when Liam approached us, welcomed us and took us to view the sofas in our shortlist.He was brilliant in terms of patience, approach and knowledge. He answered all of our questions, helped plan out the delivery date, walked us through the finance options, sofa insurance and setup a basket for us too.It is the second time we have visited and purchased sofas from sofology and slough seems to offer better service than Brent cross and Croydon.We will be placing an ordered shortly.Thanks for the help Liam!

Do not order from Sofology!!!AVOID AT ALL COST!! How a company can run like this and get away with it is beyond me. I should have walked way when they ordered the wrong colour sofa which I noticed when I got home?but gave them the benefit of doubt as this can happen!! There is no communication after we place a big order!! And their customer service is non-existent. They don't respond to emails, if you try calling them, you will be on hold for over an hour, and when they finally pick up, they need to 'transfer you to another department', which means they hang up on you. My experience with them has been awful from the beginning and will never buy from them again!! On top that I was lied to in-store by the sales person and even though I had given him the measurements to which he said the sofa would fit and after waiting almost 4 months the sofa has arrived and it don?t fit!!! And instead of trying to help me out they have basically said it?s not their problem! Even calling their customer service team which are to help you they take all your details and say they will call you back but the phone call never comes!If you want good service and be appreciated as a customer STAY AWAY FROM Sofology!!! Disgrace of a company!!

Terrible service at sofology, we ordered our sofa in July and was told we'd have it by beginning of October, it's now December and nothing, after countless phone calls chasing it up and being give various excuses we are now being told it's not even been made yet and they don't know when it's going to be ready, so looks like we're sitting on the the floor for Xmas, thanks a lots sofology.Wish we'd never walked in the shop, AVOID.(Order number 3234732/1)

After spending many hours at the store we ended up going for a 3 by 3 nimbus corner sofa.. she walked us through the pros and cons in detail. Simeon is an asset for the company. Very poor customer service! Went in to order the sofa - there were not a single customer in store and 3 staff. They could see me walking in and didn't even bother to say HELLO. They couldn't care less that I was there for 40 minutes as they were too busy talking about how much they dislike the companies policies and their senior management. I could hear all of this from the other side of the store.When I finally approached them to ask if they are paid to look after customers or to gossip the whole day - the answer was simple and straightforward "We are not being paid to chase customers. Customers have to come and find us."I would suggest reviewing this policy since customers will not choose to chase staff who can't care less.
