A well-stocked local shop, with reasonable prices. I often pick up and drop off parcels here - the owner is trustworthy and organised, so I?ve always had good experiences with parcels. Kind, friendly service.

I have used this shop many times, thought the till assistant was nice. You have lost a loyal customer now as selling products that become faulty, and to accuse the customer off breaking them is not acceptable. Also your attitude to the products you sell and to offer no warranty is not acceptable even with a receipt.
