What kind of post office should be used, the mere sight of a dirty door makes you feel bad. I ordered a repeat shipment for Tuesday and they delivered it on Monday. I went to the post office to pick it up and it's not there either. I don't know if they keep it in home or in the car. I came back late from the post office and there was no parcel or any information. Once, a postman left a parcel in the rain and it had to be signed. I don't know who is in charge of all this? They want more money, they are still on strike. I wouldn't pay anything for such services. he gave. All I heard was please come back tomorrow and no apology.

Extremely pathetic service. they delivered my parcel somewhere else and uploaded a delivery picture. i tried to call their number and wait time is over 40 minutes and guess what, after half time, call drops. They don't even deserve this single start but i have to just click one to post my review

Absolute worst service. Every other delivery service including the notorious DPD is able to deliver to our address. Somehow Royal Mail can?t figure it out. Don?t try to come pick up packages as the always unfriendly window attendant advises packages are at other side of the building and she can?t do anything about it.

As a person who communicates things well and appropriately, I rarely have issues when interacting with another. It had been around a year or so since I had any kind of unresolvable negative interaction. However the woman here was beyond anything I have encountered in a very, very long time. She was rude, abrasive and unapproachable from the start. I can appreciate if someone has had a bad day (I'm well aware how dreadful customers can be) or has something personal going on in their life and I often silently overlook unprofessional attitudes or behaviors in understanding of this. But I felt not just disrespected, but verbally attacked. I'm no snowflake, but her attitude was just that aggressive. Asking her important questions relating to suspicious parcel (for which I had to pay £15 tax on) was met with hostile responses such as "Look. You asked me this already and I said already. Just come back tomorrow. Why do you ask again? You heard. Tomorrow. Go." and this was in response to me asking for a clarification on something specific that was not made clear the first time. After pressing, I did get *some* of the information (which absolutely was not said the first time and overall contradicted what she said before) and overall I left the building quite irritated by the whole escapade.I would give 1 star even if 0 stars were available because they did give me my parcel and they had kept it safe for around 2 weeks, but even looking past the sorry state of the building, based on this interaction alone it was abysmal. I rarely suggest someome to lose their job, but this is that rare occasion. That person is not fit to deal in any capacity with customers. I'm sure she is competent in other aspects, but this is not the right job for her.

This delivery office is in need of a major overhaul, the entrance area is dirty with filthy windows, the windows are covered in dust, spiderwebs, even grass, to think that this office represents Royal Mail, a once renowned and prestigious organisation that has now fallen to this level, it would take just a an hour to thoroughly pressure clean the windows and entrance area, and finally restore the opening times sign to one befitting such a large organisation, instead of crude printouts or black marker pen corrections.

The opening times of this office are very unreliable and seem to be changing every couple of weeks as per staff?s liking. It?s always a gamble to find this place open. The operating hours are manually overwritten on stickers applied over the original schedule and there is no mention whatsoever about the bank holidays opening times. An absolute nuisance especially when you need to drive 20?+ because the new postman did not want to leave your package in the safe place or with the neighbour.

The word useless does not reflect the inept performance Slough sorting office exhibits. After 4 visits over 4 months, we might get post once or twice a month. Currently awaiting a tracked delivery 24 hour item.....that was 6 days ago. Definitely worth every penny of that pay award!!!

The delivery guys are so lazy and nonchalant. They intentionally go back with your parcel so that you can come to their office and pick it. They will not ring the bell or knock on the door rather they prefer to drop the missed delivery card and this is not the first time this is happening. Very rude staff and poor customer service

I get a card in the post to collect an item from this post office. They are only open 2 hours a day! They have completely wasted my time, I?ve come all the way down here for nothing on my day off. Absolute rubbish service!

Terrible customer service, didn?t do a returns properly and lost over £100. Customer services no help, advised me to speak to the retailer who obviously had no interest in refunding me for a mistake by the sorting office. Emailed customer services to the same effect and received no further response. Today I tried to do another returns, the opening hours are 11 - 3, surprise surprise it was still not open at 11:25.

It?s surprising how so many people have complained about that one Asian lady but seems nothing has been done. Very appalling customer service. She talks to people as if she feeds them or puts a roof over their head. Every time I?ve been there, she?s been rude to everyone including myself. I?m glad I saw the elderly man when I went back there. He has good manners and communication skills. If companies expect customers to be nice to their employees, then their employees need to do the same. That woman needs proper re-training and if she?s not happy with the job, she should resign. #nooneforcedyoutowork

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Why does Royal Mail hire such people!The Asian woman at this branch was so rude and refused to help even tho Royal Mail customer service instructed me to pick it up from this branch.A formal complaint shall be filed and I hope Royal Mail hires some better mannered and helpful staff.

The man I spoke to was really helpful, he checked the address on a package due to be delivered by contacting the postman making the delivery and contacted me back.
