I've been a loyal customer for the past 5 years bringing mine and my wife's car here for various MOT, wheel alignments and tyres. Left my car on 27/02/24 for an MOT and at 8:50am just as I am approaching my office , I get a call to say that my car (driven by their driver) has been involved in a road accident. They still go ahead with the MOT and stick my number plate back on. No refund given or implied. The other party is not at the scene but I take pictures of all their paperwork and thankfully their trade insurance certificate. They get the info wrong for the other parties car make/model and don't get his address either. I've notified my own insurance and for the past two weeks I have been making various phone calls to their head office, i finally speak to their fleet manager who informs me they dont want to go through their trade insurance if they can help it and they will pay for the repair if i can just get them a few quotes... so i drive out on my lunch breaks to show the car to various body shops. I get quoted £3.3k and chase up each body shop via email and phone to get their written estimates. I email them across and the very same person who told me to get the quotes does a U-turn and states it will need to go through their trade insurance as the cost is high. Colossal waste of my time and fuel/mileage. To make matters worse I had prebooked and paid for my wife's car in for its MOT for the next day and the ppl there didn't even remember me. I think I would remember someone whose car I just smashed up <24 hours ago! My car is finally going in next week to have the repair work done but I even had to chase up the hire car, which has been hired out for 5 days with a possible extension if my car is still in the body shop. Thankfully their trade insurance Allianz have been somewhat easier to deal with but I won't be using this garage again. Mistakes happen, but how you respond to them is what matters and I have been shown that in this case loyalty doesnt pay. Or the people at Protyres / Micheldever are not incentivesed to show any care. Not a single phone call/ email or letter to acknowledge their mistake or an apology. I would expect some form of explanation and corrective actions that they would be putting in place, so this doesnt happen again. See images and decide how you would respond if this was your car.

Winston did the wheel alignment on my car. I have had it done from kwitfit but that was way more expensive and the job was badly done. I was recommended Protyre in Slough by my mechanic and no doubt I am very much satisfied by the service. I would highly recommend this garage at anytime

I chose this location through my booking with etyres. The date I selected through the website turned out to not be available, but Protyre Slough rang me very quickly after to let me know alternative dates. Much quicker than etyres themselves did.I chose a 0830 slot on a weekday. They started on my car almost immediately and around 90 mins later. All 4 tyres were done, and the alloys didn't have a mark on them, just as they were when I bought them in.The fella who did the job also made sure the pressures were what they should be, as he couldn't initially locate them, so I let him know they were in the manual this time.Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit, great service, and a friendly team. What more could you want? I'll be a returning customer for sure.

I had 3 Bridgestone tyres fitted in October and because I apparently ?turned down? a complimentary alignment check, Protyre didn?t bother to check that the £300+ I spent on tyres would actually last me more than 3 months and 1700 miles.I?m absolutely appalled by the service, or lack of in this case. They didn?t ask me if I?d like my tyres aligned, which in any case I would obviously have said yes to. The lady at reception was shocked to hear that my tyres had worn after 1700 miles and I?m quite frankly disgusted that they have taken my money and have no accountability for the poor job they?ve done.I took all of my cars to Protyre, and they?ve now lost me and anyone I recommend as a customer. I?ve had my tyres done elsewhere, and they?ve let me know that the misalignment of (+9 and +6) should have been picked up. This is a poor job. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Couldn?t fit my tyres as their Jack was too big to put under my van, hasn?t been a problem for any other garage. I offered to use my scissor Jack to allow them access with their ?too big Jack? but they said no, and said I?d have to go elsewhere.

Came here today 05.01.2024 and the service given from a lovely gentleman behind the reception desk was brilliant (didn?t make me feel silly for not having a clue) another gentleman who fitted my tyre helped me find my nut and bolt for the tyre and helped dry up a spillage inside my car, Going above and beyond! Thank you so much for all your help and kindness, I highly appreciate it and recommend this business to everyone x
