Unfortunately it was the worst experience I ever had getting my eyebrows done. I walked in to ask for eyebrow threading and she said do it waxing and threading because they were overgrown (I've always had them threaded even when growth has been more than it has been today) however failing to tell me that waxing is more in terms of fee. Secondly she took off way too much hair off and didn't honour my natural eyebrow shape at all so had to spend time correcting what she has messed up. She also took a personal call while threading my eyebrows which shows lack of professionalism. And lastly which is what has prompted me to leave this review is that she has burnt my skin with hot wax under both areas. I will never ever come here again nor will be recommending the salon. Deeply disappointed.

I highly recommend Savita for her excellent service in hair coloring and eyebrows. The threading is pain-free, and the parlor staff is friendly with a welcoming way of talking. Although it?s a small parlor, the ambiance is normal.
