Do not go for care plan of eScooter as they do not provide any kind of the support related to eScooter even i would recommend do not buy any eScooter from any of the branch of halford as they will not provide any kind of support. Even the staffs will not give any justification on any issues they will simply say we do not have expert go to any other branch and also, they will add that not sure if you will get any support there as well. Yes they will give you some local repair centre number i think they might get commission for that. @Halford i think if you are taking money for care plan it should be your responsibility to get it repaired either inhouse or from other branch or any other third party or should refund the cost of repair as per care plan. simply they say that we do not support that. Really disappointed. Even after multiple communication from customer care based on response of review no response from there side just lazy approach. Do not recommend anyone who is looking for anything to buy items and expecting any support on that item from Halford.

I?ve been to this branch a few times now to repair my sons? bikes. Today I went there because I had trouble pumped air into son?s bike tyres. One of the two staff at the bike repair centre gave me great help by repairing my old pump (a basic hand held one I also bought from this shop) and pumped my son?s bike immediately afterwards. And all for FREE! Such wonderful customer service, I?ll rate it 6 if I?m allowed ! Many thanks!

Am unhappy as phone holder was reduced to 14£ on email I received ,but your staff said offer is finished ,I must pay 18£.When was served by different staff,he charged me 14£ as offer was still ON till end of day.NEED BETTER STAFF,I didn?t challenge first guy as was a big que ,but am unhappy.Bought 2 more items but didn?t get 5% discount as last week joined Halfords club for 49£.

I didnt want to leave this review but I think its only fair if I do for potential customers.I booked a windscreen repair for a small chip on the windscreen. I booked it for 9am and when I arrived I was told the guy won?t be in till 10. As I had no other option I asked for a later slot. I was given the 11am slot. At 11am, I went in and the guy was there. I waited a few mins before he got done with something important he was doing on his phone.He then started working on the chip and once he was done, I sat in the seat and noticed that I could still see it. I was told that will be the case as ?there isn?t liquid glass?. Fair enough. I drove off slightly annoyed but then I noticed 2 small scratches next to the original chip. They were from the outside and clearly the guy was careless with one of the tools and caused this damage.As a customer, I am very disappointed as the whole experience was terrible and the end product / result was also not satisfactory at all.

best customer service!this store has the most helpful staff who will go above and beyond for their customers. Not only were they willing to provide me services after their allotted time, they ensured to make me aware of a discount i can receive at the till. A special shoutout to Bilal and Jabar for their excellent customer service, positive attitude and dedication to their customers. I most definitely be returning as a loyal customer.
