Copthorne Hotel is truly a gem. The breakfast is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options like burgers, pizza, tikka wraps, and more. The Indian restaurant on site is a must-try, with fantastic dishes that never disappoint. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, although there can sometimes be issues with the TV signal on certain channels.I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for the past year, staying at least three nights per month, and I am always impressed with the excellent gym and facilities available. While I initially would have rated this hotel a 4/5, it has earned a solid 5/5 in my book thanks to the exceptional staff. Every member of the team is incredibly hard-working, friendly, kind, and always goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Well done Copthorne Hotel, keep up the great work!

This is a generally dated hotel, not worth 4 stars. The location was good for me as I worked from the Reckitt Benckiser office on the near.Pros: The room is really big and everything has its space. The bed was perfect, comfortable mattress and clean bedding.Cons: The air conditioning is the only source of heating too. When I went into the room it was very cold in there, 19 degree Celsius, the room wasn't heated up. The air conditioner is extremely loud, take your earplugs with you.The breakfast was the worst, cheapest breakfast if you like variety and some healthy options too. Only the English breakfast things are available: eggs, sausages, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and the cheapest sliced bread. No cheese, no meat selection, no fresh veggies. (There is vegetarian sausage and soy milk, soy yoghurt though, and some fresh fruits.) I spent 5 breakfasts there, but on day 4-5 decided to skip the breakfast in the hotel and went for the office cafeteria breakfast. One of the elevators does not work for almost 1 month now, as I can see in the reviews. One night the other lift was also broken, I had to climb to floor 6.We had a fire alarm the same night, so I could see the staircase as well, which was super ugly and dirty.I do not recommend this place, next time I will be staying at another hotel, I am sure.

The hotel is looking a bit dated. One lift out of service so can be a bit slow and busy at peak times. The room was ok, but also tried looking. There were stains in carpet. The bed was ok, clean and comfortable.

We have been staying in this hotel occasionally for about 15 years. The location is perfect for a trip to Legoland. I would say that the bathroom is looking tired and could do with updating, the shower was interesting, not a great shower experience. The staff are helpful polite and we have no complaints.

The building is very much a conference hotel with a view over a metal container storage site, however the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are pool and gym facilities, although I did not have time to visit. Excellent vegan options in the restaurant, which I really enjoyed. Also, soya milk & decaf coffee at our conference. Room was very 1992 & the TV did not work, the curtain came away in my hand and was generally dated, but still comfortable. My room was above one of the conference rooms & the disco was loud in my room during the evening. In the shower, they had provided shampoo and body lotion, but not shower gel? Slightly odd. Also the taps in the shower & sink were old and loose & so hard to choose a temperature.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights . Breakfast was very good- specially breakfast club manager personally asked each table if everything is ok , even when it was quite busy . Staffs were really lovely , welcoming and smiling -both in breakfast team and at reception . The only thing I can suggest I wish they had kept something to keep little children entertained at the lobby . It?s a nice hotel , there are two restaurants , Italian and Indian , swimming facilities for both adult and children .

We stayed as part of the legoland package. Excellent location, about 10-15 mins drive away. There is an underground car park (£10 per night). Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom could do with some refreshing. Service was excellent from desk staff to breakfast staff. Would recommend to others.

It is far from the city center and 15 minutes from the airport. According to the guide, this hotel was good. The size was wider than expected.
