Not great! Room was dirty, the manager changed the beautician 3 times and they seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Wax room was not tidy, oil stains from previous clients on bed, wax sticks were being re dipped into container, shocking as that same wax pot would be used on next person? unsanitary.Extremely hot wax applied on me burning my skin.After treatment I had broken prickly hairs from incorrect methods of waxing, skin did not feel smooth. Visited 4 times in hopes for different outcome, remains the same.Will find another place to get waxed.
