I failed on MOT because my hand brake wasn't working properly, whatever.. They said they changed the reshoe and cable.. . After around 2 weeks, I got flat tyre on my back side, I lift up the car and I tried to change the tyre( the hand brake was up) and I couldn't remove the tyre because the wheel was spinning, because the hand brake wasn't hold that tyre..I m talking about 2 weeks, and I m using the car around 21 miles per week.I didn't call them or something because I Don t want to waste anymore my time for another recall to service.

Have used this place few times now. Suspension, servicing, airconditioning. Couple weeks ago recently had engine coils/spark plugs replaced as they failed due to my own error. Left the car with AAT at opening time without booking - car collected before closing time.No issues.

Avoid.. Avoid .. they get greedy every time going for some repair , adding unnecessary minor defects during MOT when challenged trying to cover up offering to remove , pathetic guys at the reception don?t know how to speak to customers.

Went in for an MOT during the busiest time. AAT managed to book me in. Very helpful, quick, efficient and friendly service. Wonderful overall experience. Definitely recommend AAT to friends and family. & will be visiting again if I ever need anything done.
