Shockingly bad. The food quality was dreadful. Menus sticky. So overpriced. Its just very poor quality fast food. Left thinking I could have had the same for quarter of the price. The mark up, standards. They are just taking the mick. As for the 2 for 1 cocktails. Ridiculous. Avoid.

First time that i tried TGI Friday. We were a company of 6 and had a pram with us, they had booked us in the middle of the restaurant with the waiters working around (even though we told them that we will have a pram when we booked) The waitress had no idea about the menu at all and her excuse was the menu changed recently and she has no idea. she never offered to go and ask and give us a proper answer to what we are ordering. We asked her what the house salad includes and she didn?t know even one ingredient to tell us. Anyway we ordered the salad without knowing what we are getting. we got a green salad without a sauce or vinegar or lemon or oil, literally nothing in it. The waitress had no idea about the sauces also. The food we received was a joke. sweet potato fries ugly and burned most of them. The steak was like you are chewing rubber. The nachos was extremely small for a main dish. The cocktails in the menu are in different glasses and we got them served in coca cola old glasses. Spend so much money and still went home hungry. I don?t know how this place used to be as i never been there before but definitely from my experience i?m never going back or recommend it to someone.

I recently dined at TGI Fridays in Reading, and while I must commend the staff for their friendliness and helpful demeanor, I was profoundly disappointed with the quality of the food and beverages served. The meat portion served to me was not only disappointingly small, akin to what one might expect from a McDonald's Happy Meal, but its taste and texture were subpar, closely resembling cardboard in both aspects. This was a surprising letdown from what I anticipated in a meal from TGI Fridays.Additionally, the Coke I ordered, which was not of the refillable variety to avoid the dilution issue common with those options, was far from satisfactory. My first sip revealed a beverage that tasted overwhelmingly of water, with only a faint hint of Coke, prompting me to send it back immediately. It seemed as though the drink had been colored to look like Coke rather than taste like it.I believe TGI Fridays can do better, especially given the standard set by the service staff. It is crucial that the food and beverage quality match the level of customer service to provide a dining experience that reflects well on the brand's reputation. I hope my feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements that will benefit all patrons in the futureYour sincerelyNever Retuning Customer

We popped in on the off chance there would be a table, and thankfully even though it was busy, they found one for us! From start to finish, we had an awesome time. Ric served us along with several others bringing our food and drinks over. They were all friendly, calm and happy - even with it being so busy. We had starters, mains and desserts alongside cocktails - stuffed was an understatement haha!! Thanks to everyone for a brilliant experience.

We had a very friendly welcome.We had booked a table but we're early and that wasn't a problem.Our server Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped my daughter decide what to eat, my daughter was happy with the suggestionWe ordered starters and mains to come separately and this was clarified when our order was read back to us.We were on a table that seated 4 , (2 couples) but we had a high chair on the end. Baby's things took up some room on that table and when the"TIME SQUARE BIG SHARE " starter arrived on separate seving plates ( unlike other tables that had a tiered serving tower that took up just the room of 1 plate ) this made things a little cramped with drinks on the table too then, before we had finished eating 2 of the 4 main courses arrived, we had no place to fit them on the table and, we weren't ready . The server ( a different person to our main server ) said that she would put them under a heat lamp. It was quite a few minutes until we were done and the table was cleared and the mains returned.The Tiger Fries would have been good had they been fresh , and , the beef chilli was a bit dry due to the heat lamp.1 soft drink ordered was out of stock and my diet Coke was a bit flat .Although we had a pleasant time as a family meeting up it will be a long while before we return to TGI Fridays . We felt the food was average, a bit overpriced and we weren't comfortable at our table.

Cold night. Lack of staff ( not the staff fault,) Food was good but took a long time, so over hungry by the time it arrived. Staff gave us discount due to wait which was kind and appreciated.

Went recently. Managed not to check in the car and had a parking fine. Very sad about this and when trying to call to enquire, turns out there is nobody you can phone.Service was nice but very very slow. Food took a while and most requests took ages to get through.Food was so so. Not amazing but not bad
