Very bad customer service, bought a jumper and I tried to take it back with the receipt ( only got one ) and the manager said I should have another receipt too. Tried to explain I only got one when I bought it and he refused to give me a refund and started to argue with me, not very professional ....shouldn?t be a manager at all.

The staff in this shop are so helpful and friendly. They took some stuff that I found really difficult to part with because belonged to my mum who had died. So different from treatment received at Shinfield! If the things offered are not appropriate please tell people politely. Went straight to Meadway after being treated dismissively at Shinfield - what a difference. Thank You.
