I went in on Xmas eve trying to buy toddler shoes and was impressed by the selection but even more impressed by the helpful staff in store. Served by 2 different female staff that day, I was probably the worst customer ever as I was extremely indecisive and asked for several sizes to be viewed and then changed my mind and came back twice.I was very stressed but they made it ok.Thanks :)I couldn?t decide in the end and bought 3 pairs to decide at home and returned the 2 unchosen numbers after Xmas. They were refunded efficiently and politely by the chap there.

Bought some nikes and vans here today, I cannot remember the name of the person who served me but she was super friendly and helpful, and got me a couple different styles and sizes. What was a bit odd was even though she was serving us and two other people, a guy i assume was the assistant manager or something kept interrupting her and asking her to grab shoes for him like he couldn't check himself. Everytime a customer asked him for anything he'd just get someone else to do it for him. Odd behaviour when you work in a busy store.

Awesome staff, great store. Family friendly, really happy with my purchase been eyeing up some terrain converse for ages and was gladly surprised to see Schuh had them. Staff were very friendly with ordering for collection in store as they were out of stock. Hopefully I may get some more in the future as they looked great quality and I love them for cycling in and casual wear. Staff were very helpful and professional, sometimes I had trouble understanding what was said to me but generally happy with the result!

Went in the store to exchange a pair of Converse bought online, maybe two months ago. I've tried them on, but they were too tight and also, the colour was not like on the website (way lighter than I have imagined). So I asked to send them back and for refund - I felt the manager said to other member of staff to assist me, as "I don't like them", he said it in an ironic way. Also, they were keep insisting in me buying another pair, but I have refused politely. I HAVE FELT so weird, like I am entitled to refund something, if I think it's not suitable for me...so, hopefully I don't have ever to walk in that store, as I felt gaslighted...I know all stores struggle with the inflation at the moment, but this was too much...a joke, sorry.

I stopped by the Schuh store on Reading Broad Street after work looking for some comfortable shoes for work, I fell in love with a pair of shoes but unfortunately they didn't have my size, I was served by two lovely young employees, Mathew and Sara who went above and beyond, they tried to find the best option available for me and offered me many options...they were so friendly, very attentive and welcoming that they truly deserve more than 5 stars for their lovely customer service.

Have been in this store today and didn't feel welcomed at all. The manager on duty had an attitude that made me think straight away of leaving the store and get in one of the ones close by; she literally didn't want to be there and I felt like I was bothering her just because I needed a different size and wanted to try two different models. I was about to leave when I have been approached by a very nice young girl with light and short curly hair which was so polite. Her customer service was amazing! I'm wondering how is possible that a minimum wage staff member is more capable and more happy to assist than her manager.

Some nice staff but a bit political in the wrong place. I was chatting about the male and female ranges of timberland boots to be told they are gender neutral now.In fact timberland men's boots have a heavier heel and wider fit, there is a difference between them.Leave politics our of shoes please.
