We go to Prezzo fairly regularly, thanks to my Taste Card deal, but yesterday?s experience was extensional! The food was delicious and Nicholas who looked after us was very good?.. professional, efficient and friendly.

Our family went there for dinner on a Saturday night but surprisingly there was only one table occupied. We ordered the crab chilli pasta but it was tasteless and had a bitter taste. The tre carni was ok but the side dish veggie was dried. The rissoto was also no taste. The only thing good was the berry cider. We ate in and out in 30-45 min like eating fast food. The waitress put down the dishes and left for chatting with her peers. Not recommend for an evening dinner.

Service is good. Food was Sainsbury's or Tesco's ready meals level. Ordered pasta, I was surprised that it came so fast in about 6 minutes. I realised that it was just warm, not hot. I can definitely say it was heated in the microwave or something. They serve pasta that was precooked and just reheat it and charge you 15 pounds for that.

The person looking after us was very friendly and efficient, it's a pity the food did not live up to much. It was cold , dry, gutless and not as described on the menu. We had the saltambuco. I've never seen a roast potato dished up as a jacket spud.Never again.

We ate there on Saturday 18th Nov. Avoid the Calzone - the dough was raw and in places uncooked. The replacement was edible but only just - very poorMy partners Sea Bass was little better - mainly crispy fish skinOverall very disappointed - will stick with Bills in the future

The beer is great, the food is fine, up to my expectation. But there is a serious flaw in this restaurants.Our dinner is ruined by a poor service from a waiter/manger who dress differently. He simply presented a bill to us by surprise. I thought that we took too long there, but it was only an hour meal.Perhaps this table was reserved to someone, although we also reserved. However, It would be nice to ask if we want a bill before he present it.I have no idea why he did that, but that?s the nicest reason I come up with.So, not an ideal choice of place if you want to stay a little while after meal.Btw, make sure you book the table. We have been asked by the same people whether we made a booking when we were sitting down.I don?t understand what was going on, it sounds like we are an intruder who were pretending?I don?t want to take it personally, but I wasn?t feeling that we were welcome to this restaurant.

We had a good night out at Prezzo in Reading. I ordered garlic bread and the ravioli with crab and lobster, both of which were delicious. My friends enjoyed their pizzas as well. The service was perfect, and we left with satisfied taste buds and smiles on our faces. As it is a chain it cannot reach top notch quality, and there are more authentic italian restaurant in Reading.

Prima eten voor redelijke prijs.Ruim voldoende keuze voor pasta. Spinach Creste di Gallo vind ik een aanrader.Wij troffen een tafeltje buiten de druktea aan het raam. Dat was prima sfeervol, maar er zijn ook veel sfeerloze plaatsen.

The food was lovely with lots of gluten free options. The serving staff were lovely however the manager on shift questioned why I was bringing someone into the disabled toilet to help, inappropriate as I shouldn't need to explain my embarrassing toilet needs to a stranger. The disabled toilet itself was relatively clean however the emergency chord was hidden behind the toilet. Tilly served us well and made sure to accommodate my dietary requirements, it's a shame the manager wasn't so disability sensitive.Dietary restrictions: Seperate gluten free menu and aware staff
