Note: Only open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month and closed on the other Saturdays.However, this is not advertised anywhere which I think is very misleading! Having correct displayed opening hours should crucial for ANY business.

Google has opening hours much shorter than shown on the Royal mail web site. Which is correct? I see other coments that the times are also on facebook but I have no facebook account and no desire to open one.

I left in tears, having failed to post my sister's Birthday present. I received the rudest, unhelpful and unkind treatment. I feel traumatized after this experience.

I?ve been using Theale post office for a year now, and I?m so thankful to Carole for her great service and for always having the biggest smile on her face no matter what time of the day you go! Got to be honest one lady there fantastic thin grey hair asset to the company.Second lady large with glasses rudest human being on the planet clearly has a serious problem with speaking to people, she's rude to everyone when I go it's shocking clearly needs to go as she's putting people off going there..

Carol is an exceptional member of staff, when I went in on Friday, she was so polite, couldn't do enough for me as I had many questions. On far too many occassions when you go into these days, the personnel touch seems to have disappeared for 'next customer please'. I judt wanted to acknowledge that she treats you like a human and has exceptional cudtomer service skills, a real asset to the team.

After three attempts posting parcels in the past I now refuse to use this post office in favour of the Hermes drop off down the road. The rudeness of the lady behind the counter is appalling whereas the chap in the shop down the road with a Hermes drop will bend over backwards to help you. Sad, but no wonder post offices are closing....

I' have been in the Post Office today at lunchtime. The lady who works there was very rude. I's not the first time I was treated this way by this lady. She couldn't ready the number on my letter, and when I answered, she didn't hesitate to say: "maybe they would know what is the number where you came from, but with us, we write like that...".That was to much for me this time and I decided to make a complain. I really didn't do anything to deserve that and making this kind of comments about my background made me feel very offended.

Delighted with this post office. Have been receiving poste restante parcels here for three months and they've been excellent. They're normally friendly and helpful and usually answer the phone. There's one lady there who can be a bit terse but she's OK if you're patient and polite with her.
