Very welcoming, always a pleasure to meet with and be received at this post office.Have previously observed a great deal of patience and humility in the way the team deal with other customers. Nothing too much trouble.The reshuffle and rearrangement of goods offered were thoughtfully arranged, very clean and well organised. Gorgeous cards, only wish I had more recipients to buy for.I thoroughly recommend their services.

Brilliant service and extremely friendly staff!! I prefer to drive 10 min to come to this post office instead of going to my local one because I like to much the people and service.Also, I have noticed something interesting, I dont know what they do but the queue moves with the speed of light. I never have to wait more than 5 min no matter how long the queue is.This is my favourite place to go!! totally recommended

Use this post office a lot and the staff are always very friendly and efficient. Sometimes busy but the queue always moves quickly.

The staff at School rd Post Office excelled themselves today, I needed an international driving licence at very short notice, late in the day, they went over and above to help me, I cannot thank them enough, 10/10!

Went for passport renewal. Only customer for Passport counter. Waited understably for them to help load the parcels on trolly for P.O worker. I was asked to wait while the lady served a customer from the other queue, ok ? , Waited while another customer with four parcels was asked to come over to the counter to be seen again before me ..ok? Then a guy came into pick parcels up not a word of apology to me the guy was served again before me ...no longer ok . Extremely rude not poor service no service as they both made me totally invisible. Plain rude. So no Passport renewal.

Seems I'll never be served at this post office. Each time I go there, I'm told to "wait 15 minutes as my colleague is on lunch break".Yet, I also make use of my lunch break to pop in to do my business...or attempt to.

Quite possibly the best experience I?ve ever had in a post office whilst sending parcels. No matter the amount of parcels I had and the size of them the lovely lady behind the counter made me feel welcome and helped me all the way, this was one of the first times I?ve sent multiple items, I was a assured from the moment I went in that it wouldn?t be a problem, hats off to you guys for such a fantastic service and I?ll be sure to return when I have more to post thank you.

Extremely rude vile woman who is on a power trip. Doesn?t say hi but barks orders with a strict face. Her male colleague wasn?t much better barking orders at old customers who were very confused. They then asked me to leave the parcel (worth £200) under the counter where people queue and assure me ?don?t worry no one will take it?. How can they make this assurance, do they control the free will of everyone entering the shop? Have photographed the ridiculous place they?ve asked me to keep the parcels. Will be reporting to parcelforce and post office head office. Vile incompetent people
