Giving false information. Important parcel directed there on Saturday as you can see website and here stated shop is open till 1730. Get there at 2pm shop closed. Passed by later hours and was also closed. Which make to wait now until Monday.

Just abysmal service after a long wait while they served only two customers despite having three people behind the counter, and they?ve lost my package. Thanks for nothing.

Very busy at 4pm on Friday afternoon with only one counter open. Two other staff available, but faffing around not doing anything useful. One of them was rude and unhelpful to two customers who were asking sensible questions and being polite.Two counters really need to be open as this is a busy PO and there are always queues.

Paid for identity check which wasn't need it because of the misleading advise, they couldn't verify my settlement and more! This place and staff knowledge is very outdated. Went to the post office in town and they sort it all not on a spot.

Pam was very unprofessional she doesn't now how to do her job. I went there to top up my gas card with support scheme from government and she didn't want it to do it. Last time she done it but after I spoke with a manager. She chose her customers. Very rude and unprofessional. I went to another post office and they lough when I told them how I was treated and they said it's not normal to do that. Try to avoid that post office.

Fantastic service at this post office, staff are really helpful ,. Only found this post off as I used Caversham Road post office and their service and staff are unknolagable and rude. Would recommend sailsbury Rd post office 10/10

Absolutely shocking. There are always cues stretching out the door while one staff member works and the manager sits in the office and ignores customers. When the manager is working, he give you wrong information about posting. Told me I couldn?t post a parcel that I had paid for online without a sales order manifest. Called Royal Mail and they said this was wrong as I don?t have a business account and that he should know better and they will be investigating this outlet as they?ve had numerous complaints about parcels not being shipped on time or wrong information being given by him.They also sell cheap phones that stop working after a week. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
