Never again Argos (especially this person LIVIO), no wonder, other companies like Amazon are better now. I have been a customer of Argos of 25 years and the reason I have been back there was their customer service. However, it does not seem to be like that anymore. I have not met any one like the manager LIVIO who has been so rude and does not know how to behave to a customer. I wonder if he can behave like this to a customer, then how is with his sub-bordinates. Perhaps I was the wrong colour he thinks he can treat me like that. Never again Argos, at least not until a person like Livio is there. You can see more reviews of him in below Really bad customer service and never been so insulted in my life.

I bought a Thermos from this branch and went to return it the next day because the lid doesnt fit well to which my wife didnt like it. I went to the branch to refund the item and then this guy' LIVION' tells me he can't do it as the package was a bit ripped. How about you have default product here? It was just a tiny rip. I requested him several times and even asked him to open and see it for himself if the lid would close well and tell me if its working to which he simply denied. How can you just ignore the problem. He should have atleast tried to identify the problem. Cant believe they have people with this attitude working in customer service. He could have have looked into it, opened the package checked it to see it . He could have also requested for exchange or even a gift card. There is plenty of ways to resolve a problem. My question is '' How can you be the face of the company with that attitude''. When you put on a company's uniform you represent the company values, ethics , brand. If you cant add value or standard to the company you work for . Plz dont lower it.

awful service, Lauren working at the till was so rude and awful! Refused my refund and told us we are not allowed a refund even though we had the order number and had spoken to customer services.\\nShe was nothing but rude and arrogant on a power trip!\\nTold us to go to reading forbury Argos because they will Refund us there but she won?t!!!!\\n\\nHowever in the past I have returned several items with other members of staff and it?s all been fine, except from today ! She shouldn?t be allowed to talk to customers the way she did!

Click and collect is more like click and forget. The website showed items in stock just to get a text saying will be in store 7 days later. Also gave times to collect when the store closes.

Great little Argos, within Sainsbury's (just past Starbucks on the left hand side). Very handy, with great parking. Reserving items is the best idea, as they don't have as much stock as the larger retail park Argos'.

This store has extremely poor customer service. Staff training inadequate. No apology for 40 min plus delay for a simple return with no queue. Avoid at all costs.
