85 Northbrook St“Went in to Newbury Vodafone on Thursday afternoon. Couldn’t charge phone. No connection with the charge lead. GEMMA had a go and said she thought something was stuck in the input hole. Then GEMMA got out a state of the art technical piece of equipment - a toothbrush. She cleaned the input of fluff and started to charge phone with her lead. That worked. Then she tried my lead and phone continued to charge. Then she asked if I had anything else to do in town so I cleared off for tens minutes and when I got back GEMMA came over briefly even though she was with someone else. The phone was charging perfectly. GEMMA didn’t ask for any money. What a star. Please give her a considerable pay rise.”
