I have had the help from Becky over the last few days to create our perfect holiday.She has been lovely, and so patient with me, having to go back and forth to confirm different dates with the dog kennels.Becky was always on hand to chat to everytime I called, she send me all our different options by email immediately for me to look over, nothing was too much trouble.She was kind and understanding when discussing plane seats, due to one of children having additional needs and hating to be too enclosed.Becky was great, understanding and did her utmost to book us the perfect family holiday.Thanks again to Becky and the tui team.

I would just like to say how brilliant Eddy is. I made a request of a multi centre greek trip that was not in a brochure. Eddy was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent Customer Service and I have a lovely holiday booked for next year. Thanks Eddy. The rest of the team are great as well.

My family and I have been booking in this store for over 20 years so have seen quite a few staff changes. Honestly I would never book with another store all the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Charlotte and her team do all they can to find you the perfect holiday and they haven?t let us down.

Have been dealing with Charlotte and her team both in person and via email. They have helped me out during a period of obvious business upheaval leaving them all with limited internet and phone access. Despite all of that their customer service has been excellent and I would highly recommend the business to others seeking holiday advice and inspiration.

Visited the Lower Earley Store at Asda yesterday to book our family holiday. We usually book online but decided to go into the store on this occasion and so glad we did. We was greeted by Eddy who was absolutely brilliant. He was so knowledgeable and gave great advice on which destinations to go with our family. We had a budget in mind and Eddy made sure we found a perfect holiday within budget. So looking forward to our trip, thank you Eddy.
