Never had a problem with sending items with Royal Mail...till now!Royal is the worst company for sending parcels! I have sent two parcels, bought by two buyers in the value of £99. Both Parcels Royal Mail have lost! The first parcel I only received a cheque of £23.49 to apologise! I am not accepting this apology at all, as this cheque was for the first parcel that was lost with a value of £90! The second parcel, the buyer refused it and lied to myself saying the buyer did send it back and they have lost it! This is a value of £9!I am not happy and this is disguising customer service from Royal Mail! This cheque I received of £23.49 is a kick in the face! I am still out of pocket! I will never be using Royal Mail again!0 STARTS!

Sadly one of their staff members (male) felt the need to be abusive and threatening towards a member of the public. DJE MEDIA on YouTube.

I have never had one successful delivery with Royal Mail, my latest delivery has ?address inaccessible?, bare in mind the delivery is already late, my road has two entrances and whilst one is half shut due to road works, no effort was made to enter nor try the other entrance.. Royal Mail might as-well just shut down, I can?t even say whilst it?s ahead, it?s far from it

Useless operating times. At least you had one full day open pre pandemic. 8-10am is not convenient at all.

It used to be great for dropping off Tracked 24 and 48 parcels or collecting missed deliveries, now Royal Mail basically don't want us to use their Delivery Office services so cut down opening hours. The Tracked 24 and 48 items are not accepted at Post Office, so this is very inconvenient.

Useless operating times. Got a red card through the door for a next day tracked item even though someone was home to receive delivery to find it sent back to an office that isn't operating. Workers in uniform at the building would not help because the office is closed. How does any customer service point operate with open times set to 8am-10am. Hope your strike actions were worth it as you don't deserve your jobs. Terrible service

OK but only open for 2 hrs so if you work forget it

Useless and lazy, a week for a 48hr delivery. Sack the lot and get people who appreciate the work.

Used to be good. But now opening times have been slashed and its increasingly difficult to use.

One of their drivers wrote off my car by pulling out onto a road, at speed, without looking. The driver was blunt and rude, didn't provide their name, and just said Royal Mail's insurers would handle it and left. This was on campus at the university where there are pedestrians everywhere. A few weeks later I see the same guy speeding on campus again...

Trying to get through by phone to ask about package which says is under paid without success. Why are opening hours so short 8 - 10 am. Why not give customers more choice and open in the afternoon once a week 4 - 6pm so I can call in your office after work to find out more about the item you are trying to deliver, as you won't answer the phone.

Friendly staff, quick interaction. I think they all work hard and I think they all deserve a pay rise!!! Great job ?

Open for only 2 hours a day. At the most inconvenient time. It's a joke.

Great staff mismanaged by Royal Mail. Pointless and useless opening hours making a once good service unusable.
