Brilliant service. We had a dishwasher which was broken, it was fixed in the summer but the same fault reoccurred. The engineer came out again under their own warranty and needed to fit a new part, so we only paid for the part. Very efficient, polite, and get to the source of the problem.

We have used Active Domestic a few times now and have been very happy on each occasion. Most recently they were able to slot a visit in only a few days after my enquiry. Dave is very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with our dishwasher. I will continue to use them for any appliance repairs and would highly recommend.

From start to finish this team were professional, reliable, prompt, courteous, friendly and got the job done. I will now always use this company and not bother buying the warranties as they not worthwhile. Within 1 week my machine was fixed, after the 1st visit Paul did a temporary fix so i could continue to use my machine.
