Door repairs at home so went to Screwfix. Ordered online. Collected ok, but needed extra bits. Staff really helpful. Picked more than I needed so I could see and choose the best product for me. What service. And they've got a 30 day returns policy.

I understand in this time we have to pre order materials before hand but I don?t understand how in a space of a week I?ve pre ordered items and they are out of stock, I was notified they was ready to then get here and they are not in stock is such a joke and a waste of my time they were not even special items they were basic
