Bought a pair of boots own brand glasses recently and went in this shop to have some simple adjustment to the frame as it was a bit loose. The young lady was very arrogant and asked me to acknowledge that she could break the frame if I wanted her to do it. She was very impatient the whole process. She didn't break it in the end so the quality of the product seems fine. But boots should consider fix the quality of your staff.

I literally phoned to find out an enquiry and eventually tried every single option and not one person answered my call on any of them!!! Rather don?t offer a telephone service ?.. it?s embarrassing!!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff at Boots Bracknell today. A global shortage has made it incredibly difficult to get hold of my medication. I found that this Boots had it in stock, called to confirm, and immediately drove 1.5 hours from my home to collect. Online it said the store was open until 6:30pm. Despite arriving at 4:30pm the pharmacy team refused to fulfil my prescription saying they didn't have time before 5pm. The time she spent arguing with me (until 4:50pm) could have been spent sorting the prescription but she couldn't have cared less that I had embarked on a 3 hour round trip to collect this medication. Her only response was to keep telling me to come back tomorrow. I explained that would be a 6 hour trip and she just kept telling me she didn't have time before 5pm to help. The attitude of the staff was disgusting. I will think twice before using a boots store again, even though I have been a loyal shopper for years.

The store Manager helped out so much. After entering the store and speaking to a colleague they were useless but after speaking to RAF I couldn?t fault his help!Helped me speak to another store and getting me the product I have been driving around for all day.

The pharmacy always has long queues and can be be in disarray with prescriptions. Twice I was meant to have communication regarding long awaited medication but twice I had to go instore only to find out it had come in but no one had bothered to contact me! Don't offer a service if you can't fulfil it.

Took my blind father in to get his prescription filled today. The consultant put on there, 2 months supply. We received 1 bottle of eye drops that need to be disposed of within 28 days and the assistant wouldn't read the information out correctly to assist so that we had all the information.DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE

Went to go Boxing Day shopping for perfume and the ladies who were supposed to be helping were far from? we ended up having to walk out as they were so rude and unattentive

Daughter fell in shop today, as they had a yellow sign laying flat on the floor!Then self service tills wouldn't take gift voucher, told to go to the only manned till in the store, where people were waiting for collections. Gave up in the end as no one was actually on the till. Did my Christmas shopping elsewhere.

Boots cancelled my flu jab appointment three times in a row. The first time, they called to let me know and apologise and let me know how to rebook. I rebooked for a couple of weeks later. Then they cancelled via text message the day before the second appointment. I rescheduled for a third appointment and they have once again cancelled via text message the day before. I have now booked with Superdrug for tomorrow at half the price (with the free Health & Beautycard).
