Went in today to send off a parcel, Which I had already printed off the label for, It was nice and quiet when I went in and I wasn't sure if I could drop the parcel off there or had to go to the one in town but the guy behind the desk was very helpful

If the deliver man can?t do his job please fire him, there are a lot of people who are waiting for applying for this job during the eco crisis. Fake attempted delivery when there are 6 of us at home. Threw the card and ran back to his truck without ringing the bell, biggest prank in the UK for sure.

Quality of service is below 0 stars. Another parcel another problem with delivery. Worst delivery time updates ever. If you can choose another service please do that avoid RM.

The woman who was at that moment didn't want to help checking the computer to make sure what she said was correct. I totally disagree. I don't know other people on that office but she was arrogant.

By the time that you come up to my door to deliver the card you could have handed me my parcel, I m home all the time but you tried to fool me 3 times with a pre written card.

I believe that good customer service is paramount for any organization, and my recent encounter has left me extremely disappointed.I contacted Royal Mail customer service regarding an issue with a parcel delivery. The individual I spoke to was not only unhelpful but displayed an unacceptable level of arrogance throughout our conversation. Their tone and demeanor were condescending, making me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer seeking assistance.I must stress that as a loyal Royal Mail customer, I expect courteous, professional, and respectful service from your representatives. It was disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and empathy during this interaction.I strongly urge Royal Mail to address this matter promptly, as it reflects poorly on the company's reputation. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within your organization and that customers like myself do not have to endure such experiences in the future.I kindly request that you investigate this incident, provide appropriate training to your customer service representatives, and take action to rectify this situation. I hope to see a swift and positive resolution to this matter.

Apparently they?ve tried re delivering my parcel for the 4th time this week.I?ve been in and there?s no sign of the parcel. Absolutely shocking service if I could give 0 stars I would.

Lied about attempting to deliver my parcel I was at the front room where I can see my front door and saw the postman come close to the door and then turn back. Ridiculous and drivers driving past! My parcel had all my baby essentials and due very soon, unreliable I can?t even speak to them through the phone!

If it was for me, I'd never choose Royal mail for delivery. They update in the system that they tried to deliver when they haven't. I chose a specific day for delivery when I was at home, they said my address was not accessible. Went outside to look up on the street for them as soon as I got the notification, there was no sign of them. My address was accesible, it was them who never attempted delivery. Always problems with them, they simply don't do their job. Sick of them already, don't know how they still operate.

Unfortunately, there is no option to give zero star. I went there to collect my parcel on 14th of october which is a failure delivery attempt . An old man was working there in morning he was very very rude . I never had this kind of experience since I came to UK.He was not even ready to hear what I am saying. There is a keypad lock to get in to the area of house. And some delivery men dont know the lock and they update like nobody was home. I was waiting entire 2 days . They repeated the same. I even stuck a piece of paper on the door with my contact number to call to get the code. These delivery men dont even care that. And they update nobody was home. Thats why I went to collect the parcel directly from the office and he said it is due for delivery again .And when I asked what to do if they dont know the code that old man didnt let me to complete what I am trying to say and in the middle of the conversation he walks away saying ?I dont know? very rudely . Worst experience ever.
