“This is the best technical support shop in Luton Town Centre. They can fix any problem at a reasonable price. I have used them twice during the last 5 years, and their knowledge and service is outstanding. They know the problem straight away and immediately give you an approximate quote. The first time they stayed open later than usual just so I could collect my fixed laptop on the same day. Recently I had to have a new keyboard ordered. The order came quickly and they also updated, backed up and serviced my product all within a couple of days. Quality service from a well established company. Even when at times I needed friendly, expert advice on tech matters, I have been able to phone or visit the shop in King Street free of charge. I can confidently recommended other people to Kaiser and his shop team. Top marks, fully deserved.”
