My daughter saw Ansa Hussain the optometrist who was amazing with her, did all the checks very thoroughly? prompt advice and recommendations given for eye drops. Also the customer service advisor Papia was also amazing helped us select some glasses-so patient and friendly. A very positive experience. Both Ansa and Papia are an asset to Boots.

Was met by a pleasant assistant who explained clearly test I needed to do before Optometrist saw me. Optometrist was very thorough, clear in her instructions and explained every step of the process. Was very professional but still friendly manner. This made the visit an enjoyable one.
