Went to the Bedford Showroom to buy new Sofas..Brilliant Display of Sofas Etc. We were Approached by a Salesman Christopher who was very helpful and very Professional..He took us through all we needed to know and explained everything to a T..5 stars to Christopher Excellent salesmanship

Store staff were great. Technical assessor who visited my property was completely incompetent and did not advise us on what needed completing. This resulted in the floor fitters turning up (after a 3 week wait for an appt.) only to state they couldn't fit the floor as they were also given incorrect information. Couple this with the floor delivery team missing half the order off. Complete shambles. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Do not use this company we purchased a lazyboy sofa and chair after a year the leather started to peel off they said we would need to have an engineer look at it then charged us £70 for the privilege he told us the sofa had not been prepared correctly and not to except anything but a full refund £3.990 SCS refused and saying the extra insurance we took out only covered the frame so far they have only offered us a 20% credit off the purchase price we are still fighting our case

Good service when buying no pressure, good advice delivered furniture date promised, ,but the aftercare not impressed, as the shop did not want to know referred me to their aftercare service emailed them with a fault. Todate not received a reply.

What a experience in buying lazyboy furniture from SCS firstly sale person by the name of Raz went above and beyond with excellent customer service skills and did not disappoint even up to delivery date with a friendly call with regards to furniture being to my satisfaction absolutely brilliant definitely will be recommending friends & family to buy from SCS...

Excellent service all round. Bought a 3piece suite and carpet. Delivery arrived when promised. The carpet fitter, Nathan was brilliant, top notch work and very tidy .

Worst customer service experience I?ve ever had!!! We bought the sofa but when we went to get it totally different scenario. There?s absolutely no customer values. Integrity, honesty, accountability as all these means nothing to them!

This company does not care once you have paid, they will assure you a certain item is arriving on a certain day then tell you it was only an estimate on the day it was supposed to arrive, It can take upto 28 days,Very bad customer services it goes along way to be nice.Iwas assured it will arrive on this date otherwise I would not have bothered

Quite literally the most horrendous customer experience I?ve ever had. Make the sale, and it all goes rapidly downhill from there.It's been 2 months and haven't heard a thing, from what I got told for a delivery date that's wasn't true and have to wait another month for our sofa. Would never recommend this company nor will I be using this company again

First time visiting store, we were looking for a certain style and when we found it, Nathan was so helpful at explaining all the different options, fabrics, size and colours to us. There was no pressure at all, at any stage. We put down the deposit the same day (any amount we wanted) and were spoken through the process of buying now and paying later. He also gave us a free cleaning kit, which was very much appreciated.Wait time was 3 months, but we were expecting that. I was kept up to date via email on the delivery date and was texta few days before and then the night before with a time window. The sofas are better than we remember, so comfy and much sturdier and better than our old ones. The website (Creation) to pay online sometimes has a few issues, but easy enough to pay over the automated phone system or to their bank details. The only negative was when we rang the number on the text to ask about a different delivery date, the guy on the phone seemed very unwilling and just asked if anyone else could stay in to receive the delivery. I should think after making us wait 3 months, moving the delivery by a day or 2 wouldn't hurt. So my partner took the day off work anyway. Otherwise, very good experience and would recommend.
