I visited the store today and I was scammed by an employee. I asked him to top up 10 GB with unlimited calls and he made me pay for 60 GB. When I paid and finished, he said that I paid for 60 GB. I was surprised and said, ?But I only asked you for 10 GB.? He said, ?I know, but sorry, no.? I can do something now. I am very angry and I think I have lost trust in Three. He also sat convincing me all the time to subscribe to a monthly plan and was asking me personal questions. He made me feel very uncomfortable. This is the last time I will charge with them and I will cancel my SIM card forever.

Great Team at Dunstable 3, very helpful. Thanks so much to Paul for his help with my internet issues. Paul gave me great advice and sorted me out with a replacement broadband sim when my new one failed to show up in the post leaving me without internet. Thanks Paul. All sorted now ?
