Just read a recent review from another customer I totally disagree with his comments on subject of staff members .I am a regular customer and have never experienced any hostilities from any member of staff I have always found a friendly and helpful staff that always give me a 5 star service regardless to how busy the store is .,

The store manager was very unpleasant and unprofessional the way she served me. Although I always buy the stuff for my home from my nearest branch. Not happy at all.

Worst place, asked for a certain item and they didn't know what it was.... so I done their job and searched on my phone. They then took payment and went to pick the item only to come back and say there isn't any! Took 3 humans to process a refund.... don't think you need many brain cells to work in this place!

A good supplier of most things related to the building trade but when it comes to the small sundry items like an "S hook" for a toilet cistern, they fall woefully short. Can't beat a good old fashioned Hardware Store like Gibbs and Dandy.

I have recently bought, Decking Paint, Fence paint, and water repellant, all from Screwfix. Click and Collect were used on all purchases, I also bought a Fence Paint brush ,all round service was Brilliant. I have used them all, just excellent. Thanks Staff and colleagues at Screwfix Dunstable.
