Incompetent staff who don't know how Too Good To Go works, I made the effort to drive all the way for a collection for the guy to say there's no food today. They should cancel on the app instead of let people arrive and turn them away, wasted fuel for nothing, which isn't cheap nowadays!

A nice shop with all the basics as well as an extensive range of lunch and snack items if you are on the go. Good range of papers and plenty of parking outside.

Absolutely awefull service guy at post office counter rude ignorant a incompetent no customer service skills used this one stop for 20 plus years and get our papers these will now be cancelled I will never use again

Staff generally unfriendly. Got home to find the vegetables I purchased were partly rotten. They had been reduced because of the use by date being that day, but still not good enough. Will be choosing to shop at the local Budgens instead.

The company has an awful system of asking its staff members to multi-task on the shop floor/post office and on the tills. This means that customers are often left hanging in mid air, feeling guilty for being there in the first place, and overall, leaving with such negativity! Some staff are lovely, but the company owners need to assess their customer service policies as presently, they are dire!
