Absolutely fantastic charity shop, best in Bedford. Since the new manager took over it has a more open feel, Less like a jumble sale. Staff are more friendly and professional, overall a fantastic shopping experience

Very rude and obnoxious white girl with short hair and glasses. Not very "Christian" at all.I was desperate for some change from a £5 note for parking so I could get my wife for an emergency doctor's appointment, so I thought being the salvation army, I could ask for help.Well this human being thought not, the look on her face was one as if I'd asked for something for nothing and refused, "NO I CAN'T DO THAT, TUT" Maybe it's because I'm of a different faith? So much for charity, I guess it's only one way.I've been in and donated many times to the salvation army, I will think again about doing so in the future if this is the kind of person representing you.

I always find something there. Especially at the men section.

A lovely charity shop with a good selection of books, which are well organised upstairs. The selection of goods downstairs is somewhat limited, however as the shop relies on donations this is understandable
