Very professional and knowledgeable staff both in dispensary and serving counter. In particular, Nicky is a font of knowledge and always has a smile. Good range of products so there is no reason to go the chain shops.

Excellent Pharmacy. I wholly recommend them. Have set up very efficient systems. I would be very sad if they closed and sincerely hope that the N.H.S. supports them, something which is not guaranteed.

Twice I visited pharmacy. 4 people behind the counter but no one was interesting to serve. First time after 10 minutes waiting I have to ask if someone can serve... Second time again the same. I just left. I have no words....... .

Turned up on the Friday to pickup medical stuff but the dr's sent the wrong one so phoned up Dr's and asked them to send the right medication. Very helpful, friendly.

Just popped in to fetch a neighbour?s prescription, this was the only place in the area to have what her doctor had ordered. I had no nhs number or proof of pre payment but they managed to search both online, I just had to wait ten minutes. Welcoming, courteous and professional. As a bonus they smell like chemists did when I was young, a long time ago ?

Amazing! I went for a walk in Covid jab and got my flu jab at the same time !! All the staff are soooo friendly and helpful ... A real Oasis in the desert of moody people in the world ... Love this chemist..Tim

Kidman?s is such a wonderful place to have available locally . The stock is amazing - something for every problem . But the most praiseworthy thing is the help from the pharmacist . Matt is available to give advice , answer questions and be generally reassuring . We are so grateful for his help . One of the best things is that he remembers the last time you visited , and asks how you are progressing .Couldn?t be bettered .Many thanks ,Gill and Colin Bassett
