Took my car in for a clean. Decided to go for the ceramic top wash £21 . And give my car a winter treat . Very disappointed. Car come out still with the muddy marks across one door . The dryer towels that help at the end are now missing . So had to go over the car again at home . High cost for a bad experience

Their standards are going down, it's like the guys are not really bothered and are happy to do the bare minimum. This is very disappointing as previously they were friendly and efficient. Maybe it was just an off day, it will be a while before I know if that was the case as I will look elsewhere.

Avoid if you want to keep your alloys in good condition. The guides at the entrance to the car wash scratched one of my recently refurbed, unmarked alloys. Not at all happy. I'll certainly never use this place again.

Terrible. 1st visit and will be last. Turned up 5 minutes after it opened, about 6th in the queue. 1 car came out having been washed. The next 2 got stuck as the machine broke? 5 minutes after opening. staff were clueless on how to fix it by the look of it. Didn?t bother coming to tell anyone it was broken so other people in the queue got out to ask what was happening. Reversed out and left

It's a drive through car wash.What could possibly go wrong?The operative pressing the buttons, and more importantly, giving guidance onto the moving belt always leaves the guidance until the last possible minute.With the result that the car wheels are 'nudge aligned' by a pair of buffers.I finally got fed up with the risk to damaging the low profile alloys on my car, and walked round to ask the manager / owner if it might be possible for the operative to give the guidance maybe three feet earlier, and avoid the wheels being nudged.He asserted this would slow things down.This would cost him money.Not possible - and the wheels will not be damaged anyway, he said.(Of course, they're not HIS wheels.)So I walked back and chatted to another gentleman who was cleaning his car - because the drive through always leaves lots of water marks.YES - the gentleman agreed with me - his car also always gets 'nudged' - what could possibly be the problem with the operative giving some guidance three feet earlier.Cue the manager / owner coming round the side, and subjecting me to a further tirade of how such a novel request was impossible, and would cost him money - and then that even talking to me was costing him money. He was so very insistent that clearly, his profit margin was far more important than considering a simple request which would have zero impact on his 'cars per hour' ratio.Eventually, I became tired, and assured him it was not a problem, and to not bother, because he had just lost a customer forever and I would not be revisiting his establishment.After all, whilst Ron's (Roni Handwash Car Wash) might be slightly further away, and slightly more expensive, it's a first class job and requires no follow up cleaning off the watermarks. Ron - your business profile has just gained another full time customer.IMO - you need to work on your customer service skills as well as the quality of your product.

Rude staff, decent car wash. They're in such a rush to get you in and out that you can't see the various instructions about engaging neutral, keeping the handbrake off etc as they're often stood in the way. Then they have the audacity to moan at you.
